(Lubbock, TX) — A memorial service is tonight to honor murdered Texas Tech University Police Officer Floyd East Jr.
The service is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. at Memorial Circle on campus.
TTU students have been leaving plenty of notes supporting police after East was shot to death last night. Freshman Hollis Daniels the Third is charged with capital murder in connection with the killing.
