FOR YOUR HEALTH! —  A new study confirms that you are only as old as you feel.  Research from the University of London and the International Longevity Centre shows that adults who felt at least one year older than their actual age were more likely to die within eight years than those who felt at least three years younger than their age.  The researchers studied 65-hundred adults at the average age of 65 and asked them, “how old do you feel you are?”  Almost 70-percent of the participants said they felt three years younger.  The eight-year study found the risk of death was over 40-percent higher for those felt older than for those who felt younger. The researchers took into account the health issues of the participants and the results were the same, that those who feel younger live longer.
