Ferguson Shooting impacts Dallas residents

KTXT Texas NewsDallas, TX—  A group of African-Americans are pressing for open carry in South Dallas.

The Dallas New Black Panther Party and the Huey P. Newton Gun Club marched yesterday, calling for community policing and better security.  The groups also chanted “black power” and called for justice in the case of a St. Louis-area teen shot by police.  The gun club says its goals are ending police brutality, harassment, and murder of the people and asserting the right to bear arms.
