The Lubbock Police Department is searching for a missing person. 37 year old Tiffany Dena Groves, also known as Tiffany McNelly was last seen February 24th near the 1500 block of East Tulane avenue. She is five foot four and weighs around 145 pounds with Brown hair and hazel eyes. She has numerous burn scars and difficulty walking due to a previous accident.
