details into what actually happened.

First off, according to Stewart, Beadles gun was not real as it was a toy gun that he had wrapped in black tape to make it look like a real gun and he had it in his waist band.

According to Stewart, Beadles entered the bank around 3:20 p.m. just to conduct general business, then returned 10 minutes later, walked into a loan officer’s office, shut the door and said he had a gun.

From this point the loan officer contacted Officer Kody Nesbitt, who is a friend of the victim, and told him what was going on.

Officer Nesbitt, who was off-duty at the time just checking email and performing other chores at his home when he received the call, said he went straight into patrol mode and he needed to figure out how he could help his friend.

Along with the loan officer, according to Sergeant Stewart, there were six employees in the building at the time.

After being able to negotiate Beadles out of the bank peacefully he was arrested.

Sergeant Stewart said Beadles has been charged with aggravated kidnapping, which can carry a sentence of five to 99 years in prison and also the possibility of a fine up to $10,000.

Sergeant Stewart could not comment on the mental state of Beadles at this time as the investigation is still on-going.
