The man suspected of killing 22 people inside a West Texas Walmart is under indictment.

An El Paso County grand jury handed up capital murder charges against the 21-year-old North Texas man.

He’s accused of walking into the big box store with an AK-47 and opening fire early last month.

An online manifesto believed to be written by the suspect says he committed the shooting because he didn’t like Mexicans, anti-environmentalists, and big corporations.

Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty.
