According to Blake Ursch of the Lubbock Avalanche Journal, Lubbock police confirmed Gordon Fang-Wong a Texas Tech student has been declared missing. Gordon Fang-Wong is describe as a slim Asian man standing 6-feet-tall, according to a public Facebook page. He was last seen in Lubbock on Jan. 16. Any information on his whereabouts please call number listed on poster or local authorities.
